  • Shipping Carrier & Speed
    We understand what it's like to wait on parts so we strive to ship all orders within one business day of order receipt. Our primary shipping carrier is the US postial service and we use first class mail service. Most shipments arrive within1-5 business days of shipment. At our discression, we do on occasion use other carriers such as UPS or FEDEX.
  • Shipping Cost
    Like you, we detest companies that try to make a profit off of shipping fees. Big or small, shipping is always free.
  • International Orders
    Unfortunatly we are not able to ship to international destinations.
  • Return Policy
    Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We only accept returns for items damaged in transit. Refunds and Exchanges In the event of an item being damaged in transit, you must email us within five days of receiving your damaged shipment at sales@carlilegroupllc.com to alert us of the damage. At our discretion, items damaged in transit must be returned to receive a replacement or refund. Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will ship a replacement, if available. If a replacement is unavailable, we will refund the total purchase price of your item.
  • Cannot Find What I Need
    If you cannot find what you need let us know, we can probably get it for you. We have a vast array of suppliers that deal in all types of electronic components and parts, if you need it we can typically find it.
